I found this idea on a blog. I used the World Treasures Stamp Set. Colors are Midnight Muse and Gumball Green. The white layer is embossed with the new Fancy Fan Embossing Folder. Sometimes I leave the sentiment off so I can add the one I need when I get ready to send it.
